How it works

  2. We pull the business from the official GST portal. By hand, on the day you order, so what you get is current rather than a copy of an old scrape.
  3. You get the PDF by email, within 24 hours, with the tax invoice attached. The download link keeps working afterwards, so you can fetch it again months later.

Questions

What is actually in the report?
The registration details as they stand on the portal on the day you order - legal and trade name, status, registration date, constitution, jurisdiction, address and PAN linkage - followed by the complete return filing history, year by year and return type by return type, with filing dates. It carries the exact time the data was pulled.
How is this different from the free page?
A free business page on GSTPAN is built from our own database, which is refreshed in batches. A Snapshot is pulled from the official GST portal at the moment you order, and arrives as a clean dated PDF you can attach to a vendor file, an audit file or a loan application, with a GST invoice beside it. What you are paying for is that somebody else did the lookup and assembled it.
Why does it take 24 hours?
Because a person does it. The portal asks for a CAPTCHA to be solved on every lookup, and each report is checked by eye before it goes out. That is also why it is accurate.
What if the GSTIN does not exist?
You get a full refund. Nothing else is refundable once the report has been sent, because it is prepared by hand for you specifically.
Is this an official or government document?
No. GSTPAN is an independent service and the report is compiled from publicly available GST portal data. It is dated, so a reader knows exactly when it was accurate. For a conclusive check, anyone can look the GSTIN up on the official portal themselves, free.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout is guest by default and email is the delivery channel. An account is optional and exists only so you can find past reports in one place.
